General Manager- Shanghai

岗位职责 Job Deion：
1. 带领团队进行区域中心的整体运作，建立健全孵化器运营管理平台；
Lead regional center on overall operation, to establish and improve the incubator platform;
2. 建立并保持与投资人、投资合作伙伴、政府主管部门及金融机构的良好的合作伙伴关系；
Build and maintain cooperation with investors, partners, governments and financial institution;
3. 负责孵化器品牌在所在地区的建设与推广；
Take charge of construction and promotion of Plug and Playin Shenzhen;
4. 搜寻并审核符合公司投资要求的早期创业项目，监督团队完成投资工作；
Search and review early-stage startups; supervise investment;
5. 熟练解读政府各种扶持政策、资质评定政策等各种政府信息，协助入孵企业申请并落实各种优惠和扶持政策，提供相关服务，保证企业入驻、招商工作正常进行；
Have an intimate knowledge of all kinds of supportive policies and qualification evaluating policies to assist startups on the application; support leasing business of the regional center;
6. 统筹负责区域中心的财务、人事工作，收支平衡、自负盈亏；
Coordinate finance and human resource of the regional center to make both ends need; the regional center shall be responsible for its own profits and losses
7. 保持与公司企业创新项目部、政府创新项目部、大学创新项目部、跨境项目部的密切合作，协助企业、政府及大学会员销售和售后服务，跨境项目的落地工作。
Closely cooperate with Corporate Innovation Department, Government Innovation Department, University Innovation Department, Cross Border Program department to support sales and after-sales service for corporate, government and university partners, landing of cross border startups.
任职资格 Qualification:
1. 硕士或以上学历，有海外学习或工作经验者优先；
Master’s degree or above/the one with overseas education or working background will be preferred;
2. 英文听说读写熟练；
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
3. 热爱金融投资事业，有5年或以上相关工作经验及良好的业务网络；
Devote to financial investment with over 5 years’ related working experience and business network;
