1. 根据公司确定的投资方向，负责寻找和筛选有发展潜力和投资价值的优秀早期创业项目，与创业者建立良好的沟通和合作关系；
Search and select early-stage potential startups, build up communication and cooperation with them;
2. 通过自身对TMT/互联网/科技行业的理解，对正式立项的项目进行尽职调查、投资价值及风险分析等；
Provide professional business model advice, financing plan for startups, prepare due diligence materials;
3. 投后管理工作；
Portfolio management;
4. 协助投资项目退出，对项目退出策略进行规划和建议；
Assist portfolio exit by providing planning and advice;
5. 建立并维护与合作伙伴、潜在客户的良好业务关系；
Establish and maintain business connection with potential clients;
任职要求
Qualification
1. 本科或以上学历，有海外学习或工作经历者优先；
Bachelor degree or above, overseas education or working background is preferred;
2. 计算机科学相关工科背景优先；
Computer science major is preferred;
3. 5年以上互联网或相关科技产品经理，投资经理工作经验，熟悉本地创新生态；
Over 5 years’ working experience as product manager or investment manager of Internet relevant industry, knowing full well the entrepreneur ecosystem;
4. 熟悉募、投、管、退投资流程，运作过退出项目；
Familiar with whole investment process, operated exit project before;
5. 英语听说、读写能力好；
Fluent in both written and spoken English;

1. 开拓、挖掘各地政府客户并建立联系；
Develop and contact potential government clients;
2. 定制和推介城市会员框架服务，进行商务谈判，订立商务合作合同并跟踪付款；

1. 与国外投资团队合作，协助境外创业项目的搜索；
Assist deal source team abroad to search startups overseas;
2. 举办跨境行等创新项目活动，为各地政府或企业推介跨境项目；
Organize events such as cross border tour to promote startups overseas to target government or corporates;
3. 落地意向明确后，与创业项目进行商谈其落地中国事宜；
Negotiate with target startups on landing in China;
